Used M Service, Inc. on two recommendations from family members. Had my BMW serviced there in early April for some brake issues. I was so impressed with my first experience there. The staff, in particular, Dominic, were SUPER responsive and polite. They explained the entire process of repair, provided an estimate of charges, and kept me posted with text messages throughout the day. Then, when all was complete, I received a link that took me to an AMAZING review of the entire car's systems, everything checked off as passing inspection, complete with several pictures of parts and screen shots from the car. It was AWESOME and gave me confidence that they had really done a complete inspection. They used ALL BMW parts, and skipped nothing. I had a problem picking up the car before they closed, but they had outside lock boxes and placed my keys in there so I could pick it up early in the evening at MY convenience. All in all, a 15 on a scale of 10. I will be returning with both my BMW and my Mercedes for my future service needs. A first-class operation.

Always a great experience. Dominic and everyone are super professional. Everyone here is passionate about what they do and know German cars extremely well. They worked with my warranty company and were able to get all the needed repairs covered while performing my 80k service. If you have a European car, you should look no further than M sport

Brandon served as my primary contact, and his professionalism and thorough communication regarding the necessary actions for optimal results were exceptional and equitable. My vehicle, being 13 years old, was scheduled for routine maintenance, and I had considered the possibility of an unreplaced battery, a detail M Service commendably identified.
