It’s a good feeling to do business with very competent people. I had a good feeling about this business from the first minute I walked into M Service. The office section was neat and clean; the vehicle repair bays were neat and orderly; the parking lot was neat and appeared safe for a vehicle to be stored overnight. The owner and staff took time to greet me and talk to me. I told them what I wanted done and they explained what they were going to do. I feel that had I gone to the dealership from where I bought the car, the dealership would have performed unnecessary repairs and charged me a fortune to do it. My experience with most dealerships is that they diagnose your vehicle in an inspection and point out repairs or problems that you thought were not a problem. The dealerships point out repairs that you don’t actually need at the time, just so that they can make money. M Service provided their expert opinion on whether additional repairs were needed at the time, and they charged a fair price for the work done.
