My 2017 Audi Q7 was in need some major repairs. It was reporting all sorts of failure codes and coolant was leaking. The Audi dealership(good people but….) kept trying to replace random parts and just get revenue from me. M Service worked with me and actually diagnosed all the issues which turned out to be some wiring damage caused by animals. So they saved me a ton of money and time, and also worked with me as a team which is awesome. Very high regards for M Service, they are professional and provide top tier service. After a wildly disappointing experience at a local dealership we were advised to seek help at M Service. I can say without reservation, that Dante and his team are fantastic. Within a day they were able to diagnose and fix an issue on our Mini Countryman S, that said dealership could or would not fix after having it for over three weeks and $4-digits. M Service was up front on both pricing and likely outcomes, and highly professional. Take your cars there. We did and it was a great experience.
