Good communication, kept promised completion time, all-around hassle-free experience. They use genuine OEM parts, which makes their prices a bit higher than local competitors. This works for brake work, but not so sure about other, such as maintenance.

Although we haven't been in for awhile all of our experiences at M service have been top notch. I've recommended them to friends and co-workers alike for their auto service needs.

I have had nothing but great service from M Service over the years. They replace burned out taillight bulbs for free so does the dealer. They have always been very easy to work with and I never felt ripped off. My 10 year old BMW runs great thanks to M Service.
