Air Springs - My air springs for auto leveling leaked leaving my X5 unable to be driven. M Service was swamped with customers wanting their cars serviced before the July 4th weekend, but Dante was able to get me in and replace my air springs so I was able to drive visiting family to the wine country when they visited that weekend. I can't thank the guys at M Service enough for all the years of excellent service. They take the time to explain in detail what my cars need. They also keep me posted on tread life of my tires and when to expect the next service. I would never think of taking my BMWs to any other repair business.

They quickly diagnosed the problem, explained to me the issue, presented me with a fair estimate, and fixed the car. To me what is most important in the complex world of auto repair is having someone that you trust do the job. These guys have always been good and that's why I am a long time customer!

I would recommend going to M service if you have a BMW. They are highly knowledgeable, and their shop is upper caliber. I had a brief conversation about my line of work, and when I got into my vehicle, I noticed they had changed my clock to military time. It's the attention to detail that counts for me. I will keep using the M service.
