I have taken my BMWs to MService for many years after the new vehicle free service at the dealer runs out. I had a fuel pump fail on Mt. Diablo Blvd. and towed my 2014 to them. Dante and Steve were great as always and diagnosed the problem efficiently. Since it was covered by BMW warranty, I had to tow it to Concord BMW. In some ways, I’ll be glad when the warranty runs out as I trust M Service far more than the dealer, whose service department has gone downhill.
