I've owned over 10 BMWs and know these cars extremely well. Even restored 2 of them. To say it simple: This place is extremely expensive, they over repair things, and they are arrogant. For example, I had a pinging problem in my 1995 BMW. They said it was a rear knock sensor. Extremely expensive to fix and I knew this was wrong. So, I went to fix it myself and it was a $75 Vanos bearing. They quoted me about $775 for a $75 part + $125 per hour repair. If you have money to spend and you just need something convenient, sure, go for it. They'll over repair and you're good to go. There are alternatives in the area. Just look around. Good Luck.
