You all take a personal interest in your customers. I always feel very welcome. As for the business aspect, I've never felt taken advantage of. I think your observations and suggestions are honest and your work is complete and thorough. I've never had to bring back my car because something wasn't completed or performed correctly!! We had a " time" issue whereas M Sevice serviced is in a way that exceeded our time deadline. Our request was a "special" unusual request, and we left feeing "special"
