This shop was as good as advertised. I was referred to them by a friend who was tired of hearing me complain about the $$$ I was spending each service appointment at BMW, Concord. The staff here was friendly, knowledgeable, and the rates were reasonable. This was my first experience with MService and it was a great one. Just had some work done on my MINI. M Service gave me a free detail and my car looks BRAND NEW!! M Service is conscientious and thorough. I'm so glad I found them. Everyone is very polite; service men don't talk down to women. Totally happy with M Service and would recommend it to anyone.
