I needed to replace a left turn signal bulb. Although it was not a stock item it was ordered and replaced within the specified time.

Driving to work 8am my 97 C280 engine light comes on, starts to run rough. I call M service, they bring the car in, give me a ride to work, call me with a thorough and honest estimate, then they get the part and fix the car, and I'm back in my car by 4:30pm same day.
