I just showed up, without making a reservation, hoping that I might be able to have an emergency problem taken care of. The staff was helpful as always, keeping me informed on the status on a timely basis. Result? I got my car fixed, was able to use a rental car to deal with all of the things I had planned to do before the car decided to have issues. All aspects extremely positive!

M Service is A-MA-ZING...and I didn't even have any work done! I can say this because I brought my car in for a second opinion and Jim discovered that the quote I had for service from East Bay BMW for $3300 was actually a recall issue. BMW hadn't even looked into my issue thoroughly enough to inform me...but M Service did. And they realized that I had to have my car serviced at a BMW service center for the recall to apply. They even called a different BMW to confirm the recall and set up service for me. Dante runs an honest, up front, meticulous shop. They're my service center from now on....unless it's a recall issue.
