MService has been taking care of my BMW's since I got my first car in the late 80's. The team is extremely knowledgable and friendly. They make sure I know what needs to be done on my cars before they so the work and give me a heads up on what to expect for maintenance in the near future. The only time I haven't gone to MService is when I get a new BMW and the car is under warranty. I would never think of taking my car any place else, ever.

Thought the transmission on my X3 had crashed, necessitating an expensive replacement. M Service found an issued related to the on-board computer, repairs were completed same day and the transmission shifts like new. I am very happy!
