I take it here because I know that all employees are sent to technical training regularly, because I know that if I have a time estimate, my car will be ready by then, because I know that quote for parts and labor will be accurate, and because everything will be done right the first time.Oh, and after every visit, I got a complimentary car wash voucher for a local detailer! How much better does it get?A note for the bargain-hunter: This is not a Quik-E-Shop with discount prices. They don't cut corners on their employee training, on the time they spend on each job, and on parts, but I don't pick my mechanics on price. YMMV, and probably will.

I have had an older style MINI for almost 10 years and have never been able to find a place that knows the car. I recently took my ten year old 525i to M Service for major work. I had been searching for a good alternative to the, in my opinion, over priced but marginal service I had received from the dealership I had frequented since purchase of the car 5 years ago.I am happy to say that not only was my servicing fast and high quality, but I was pleasantly surprised at the 10% discount I received by providing a small donation of canned food for people in need. Classy move.
