Excellent service, A+ grade, honest and professional service

I purchased an M3 convertible a few months back and the convertible top stopped working. I determined that it was an electrical issue and decided that I best leave it up to the professionals. I had never been to M service but had always seen the shop as I live in the area. I decided to try them and they quickly determined the problem. Rather than just replace the part (turned out to be the CVM which is the brain that operates the convertible) they tried to save me some money and reprogram it to see if that solved the problem. It didn't, the CVM was toast but they quickly ordered the new part and had it installed, tested, and ready for me in a short period. Jim was a pleasure to deal with as he always kept me updated on the progress. If I should have any more problems with this car (it's a BMW so I'm sure I will) I won't hesitate to bring it to M Service again. Thanks for a great job guys!LC

I took my car to get serviced at M Service, they were fast, work was completed, and much cheaper then if I had to take it to the BMW dealer. They even offer to give you a ride to wherever you need to go, to and from. I would recommend them to anyone!

I appreciated when Scott spoke so honestly about my "sick" car bumper. I will be back!

Dante and Scott are really great at what they do --- they listen to the customer, provide feedback, and explain in laymans terms what is wrong with your car and what work needs to be done. Over the past years I have been going to M Service the people who actually work on the cars are extermely good at making the repairs - and doing it correctly.
