The work was explained without condescension or rushing...my car is 13 years old so there are always options...Dante's and Scott's honest opinions are of great value when making the decision as to what must be done and when.I've marveled over the years as Dante has refined the operation and elevated the ambiance without a hint of the Teutonic lip curl you get at the dealer's service departments...I continue as a devoted customer

Referred us to the BMW dealer for a repair that had a recall notice that did not specifically cover our car, but should have. We were unaware of the recall as it did not specically apply. We were able to get it covered under the recall which saved us quite a bit over having to pay for the repairs. Excellent service and integrity. Thanks

Excellent service; quick and on-time, professionally done.

This is a high-end service shop. Expect to be treated like royalty, with great service, friendly, courteous folks, and excellent work. But, do expect to pay for it. They aren't cheap.

I'm always confident my M3 will be repaired correctly and run efficiently with M-Service maintaining it.

Always excellent service delivered with a smile. Many years ago our old BMW developed a problem no other "experts" could diagnose or resolve. M Service went beyond the call of duty to solve the problem. We were not billed for that service until the car was back up to 100% performance. We've been very satisfied, loyal M Service customers ever since.
