Walnut Creek Auto Repair

As usual, excellent and timely work! We had a complete brake job on our 530i and they are very smooth. We had the first brake job done at a shop that didn't use genuine BMW parts and it was a disaster.

The quality of service is excellent. They are very professional and provide a good value .

I think that Dante and his team at M Service do excellent work.

We have always received excellent service form M Service, but this time was even better. I stopped by with our 2001 X5, as the window washers were not working, just to have it checked and maybe schedule the repair if necessary later. They took a look and immediately determined that the pump was not working. They checked and found that they had the pump and installed it in about 15 minutes. I even offered to leave the vehicle if necessary and they told me that they could take care of it while I waited. While this was not an emergency, M Service clearly understands customer service and that is why I always take my vehicle to them...

Excellent service. These guys know BMWs. I had a tricky convertible top repair and they nailed it.

The service was great. Scott and Dante were able to get our car in, diagnosed and serviced before the long weekend. Price was as quoted, nice job.

Always excellent, friendly service. I'll never go anywhere else.

Fabulous!!
