Did a very good job but very non-committal about how much time I could expect to wait, made it difficult to manage my workday.

Friendly, knowledegable front desk. Once quoted, the price was as they said. No changes. They even found an Audi recall item for me, and did not try and charge me for it themselves. They shuttled me to and from where I needed to go.

M-Service has taken car of my cars for over ten years. I count on their professional service, and have never been disappointed.I am not a car person. I put in the gas and drive the car. I know, many of you real car people are shocked and appalled that there are such people, allowed to share the road with you, but there you are.I pick my cars based on whether M-Service can take care of them.

Good communication, kept promised completion time, all-around hassle-free experience. They use genuine OEM parts, which makes their prices a bit higher than local competitors. This works for brake work, but not so sure about other, such as maintenance.

Although we haven't been in for awhile all of our experiences at M service have been top notch. I've recommended them to friends and co-workers alike for their auto service needs.

Knocks spots off the process driven BMW main dealer service experience - Mservice were open and transparent from the outset, and were 300 Dollars cheaper than the local BMW main dealer, with fully warrantied work. I will definitely use them again and again. (Car 2005 BMW 325Ci Convertible)
