This was our first appointment for a problem we encountered with a failed smog test and we were provided knowledgeable advice and solution to the problem. We are extremely happy to find an excellent repair and maintenance shop to bring our BMW and are confident to return again for future service.

Excellent service, A+ grade, honest and professional service

I purchased an M3 convertible a few months back and the convertible top stopped working. I determined that it was an electrical issue and decided that I best leave it up to the professionals. I had never been to M service but had always seen the shop as I live in the area. I decided to try them and they quickly determined the problem. Rather than just replace the part (turned out to be the CVM which is the brain that operates the convertible) they tried to save me some money and reprogram it to see if that solved the problem. It didn't, the CVM was toast but they quickly ordered the new part and had it installed, tested, and ready for me in a short period. Jim was a pleasure to deal with as he always kept me updated on the progress. If I should have any more problems with this car (it's a BMW so I'm sure I will) I won't hesitate to bring it to M Service again. Thanks for a great job guys!LC
