My S430 was leaking coolant and they identified the problem right away. The replacement part was hard to find, but the staff was very good at explaining the situation to me and kept me informed of their progress. I always felt the team knew exactly what they needed to do, and also addressed a problem with my broken washer pump without any problems. I asked a local dealership to fix the washer pump before and they told me it would be costly just to diagnose the problem and were uncertain what the problem could be. The staff at M Service gave me confidence that they repaired the problems and that I could drive my car without concern.

We've NEVER had even a remotely poor experience with M Service. Always professional, always knowledgaeble, always good service. We just can't always afford them! Would bring my car here before a BMW Dealership any day.
