I just showed up, without making a reservation, hoping that I might be able to have an emergency problem taken care of. The staff was helpful as always, keeping me informed on the status on a timely basis. Result? I got my car fixed, was able to use a rental car to deal with all of the things I had planned to do before the car decided to have issues. All aspects extremely positive!
