I stopped in without an appointment due to a squeaky steering wheel. It was diagnosed, a part was ordered and repaired two days later. All the staff I interacted with were very pleasant and professional. Second time I've taken my older BMW 323is there. Both times, terrific service.

Scott got me in the next day for a needed oil service before going to the track. I really appreciate their fast & friendly service!

We've been going to M Service for several years now...It does excellent work, always explains issues clearly and certainly knows its business!..We have 2 BMWs at home (2000 7 and a 2002 5) and M keeps them running very well...

I was referred to M Service my another car mechanic service who couldn't rectify the car problem. M Service corrected the problem in an efficient manner and provided good advice about correcting a problem that is emerging on my coolant system. They are interested in the history of the work done on the car, so they don't do unnecessary replacements or work. I feel I can trust them to provide good service and good advice on future repairs.

I made an appointment for scheduled service but added additional service needs upon arrival. "M' Service completed all added requests and still finished my service as scheduled. Great job as usual!

Excellent experience. Bill is terrific. Got my car taken care of the same day. Used your shuttle to pick me up from my house and that was very helpful. Scott is also A+. Like that bill and Scott both seem honest and wanting to have me make smart decisions about my car.

We never have second thoughts about taking our cars into M Service,the work is Five star, Scott and Jim are terrific in the front office, and the mechanics are excellent. We have (2) BMW's and (1) Audi, all three are serviced at M-Service, it"s always are first choice!!!

My car broke down on Wednesday. I called M Service and they arranged a tow to their facilities and had the car fixed by that afternoon. I have also used them for routine maintenance. They cost less than the dealer, they don't try to pressure you into having work done that isn't needed. Overall, a great place to take your car.

M Service is consistently providing the best service experience that we have had in a long time. They are prompt to recognize a problem, quick to repair/fix and return the vehicle when promised. Our previous relationships with the local dealerships do not compare to M Service's unfailing expertise.
