Called early in the morning for same day appointment. I arrived in half an hour and the paper work was ready as I walked into the shop. My car was done in 40 minutes. All the fluid checks tires rotated and a last minute light bulb change. The staff friendly as usual. I never take my Mini Cooper anywhere else.

Made an appointment to have some work done on the 2K2 the other day. I arrived and had a good chat with the guys. Had all work completed in the usual efficient, professional manner. I wouldn't hesitate coming in again if car was in need of repair.A 5 star experience.

4pm Friday afternoon my e36 M3 wouldn't start. I would have been stranded. I called Jim at MService. He checked with his tech called me back with a solution. 15 minutes later I was on my way. I am a fan!

I have been a patron since before MService was MService, so this should not have been a surprise, but after taking in my MBZ for some minor fixes in the interior I was pleasantly surprised to find the tire pressures checked and set. nice touch.
