This was my first time taking my car for service. I found the place to extremely professional. Unlike I experience at the dealership the car was ready by 9:30 am which is amazing. Typically I would have been without a car the entire day when taking it to the dealership. Excellent service and fabulous staff.

The M Service guys are fast, efficient, professional and less expensive than any dealer I have used. In this instance Scott had me pop the hood and showed me the problem based on the symptoms I provided - 30 seconds and no charge. The dealer wanted $210 for a diagnostic before anything else happened.
