Appreciated the fact that they were able to accept an appoint first thing on Monday morning. Car was running poorly and they quickly diagnosed the problem. Really like that they're so close to downtown Walnut Creek. I work at Kaiser and was able to walk to turn down their offer of a shuttle ride and enjoyed the walk to work.
